Dandelions and Catsears
The thing most often overlooked by these bright weeds is their potential to make not only a tasty snack when prepared right, but also to be used for medicinal purposes. Both the dandelion and the catsear are identical in many areas, including their health benefits, leading to many using the more well-known plant's name as an umbrella over the other. This is far from a significant mistake. Aside from appearances, the only discernible difference seems to be taste - The catsear is known to be the less bitter of the two, making salads, sandwiches, teas, and soups incorporating this plant just a little tastier.
